Within 48 hours, you receive your custom training & nutrition plan based 100% on your real life — not a generic template. You'll know exactly what to do each week, at home or in the gym.

How does online coaching work? ›
After you sign up, you fill out a detailed intake form about your goals, schedule, training level and injuries. Based on this, I create your personalized training and nutrition plan. We stay in touch through weekly check-ins and chat support, so you always know exactly what to do.
Do I need a gym, or can I train at home? ›
Both are possible. Your plan is designed for your reality — whether that’s a commercial gym, a small home setup, or a mix of both. You tell me what you have available and I build the plan around it.
Is the €199 intro month a long-term contract? ›
No. The €199 is your first month at a reduced rate so you can experience the coaching and see results. After that, the regular price is €299 per month and you can decide if you want to continue. No long-term contract, no hidden fees.
How much support do I get? ›
You get weekly check-ins with feedback and adjustments, plus direct chat support (Mon–Fri) for questions in between. You’re never left alone with a PDF plan — you always know what to do next.
What if I’m a beginner or coming back after a break? ›
That’s absolutely fine. The program is tailored to your starting point. We begin with a level that feels doable, focus on clean technique and smart progression, and build your strength, fitness and confidence step by step.
What if I have injuries or health issues? ›
You can list all injuries, pain and medical issues in the intake form. I take these into account when designing your plan and avoid movements that don’t suit you. If something doesn’t feel right, we adjust the exercises so you can train safely.
